Just a simple home user trying to connect two Macs. One of my devices shows offline when it is not. What is the problem and how do I fix it?
Same problem. I am on a MacBook and I can see this computer on the list of computers. It says I am offline but here I am submitting a note so I am obviously on line. I see nothing on the page that allows me to tell T-V to change to online. Seems like it should be both simple and obvious. Hope an answer doesn't take another year to get posted...

Did you check if the ID which you have entered when you saved the device is the same as the one you are trying to connect to?
