After the update onto my iPad and computer it was working fantastic.
Now when I log in I can see the screen on my iPad but can’t click touch change or do anything and the access/ control button is enabled .

Firstly, I recommend you to update TeamViewer on both devices.
Then, make sure that Full access is enabled in the TeamViewer advanced options of your Windows device:
