Upgrade to Version 14 from Version 13 - install hang

WIN 7 - not sure of level

Version 13 was installed and ruinning well.  Got update msg, version 14 available.  V 14 on other PC's Win 7 & 10.
Downloaded V 14.  Install hang.
Deleted V 13 from system via control panel.  Install again....same hang.
Tried again - let set in install for overnight.  Still hang.  Task Manager says 'not responding'.  Had to kill install.

I would appreciate any help.

I am downloading V 13 again to try to re-install.

After the version 13 reinstall, I deleted it and version 14 installed with no problem. That's what I remember
