RDP through teamviewer management

Hi,

I just upgrade my teamviwer 7 to teamviewer 14.

In my TW7 manager i may add computer using RDP connection.

I import my database in tw14 management console but not this computers, worse, i can not add this tipe of connection. I wanted to upgrade not downgrate. Solutions?

To administer hundreds of computers we used a single window, tw manager7, now I can not. that does not mean efficiency. I will return to tw7. thanks

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to initiate a RDP session with the Management Console. Further, it is not possible to add IP addresses to the Computer & Contacts list.

Maybe you can save the IP addresses separately and establish the RDP session directly via Windows?
