Access denied but password is correct
I've been accessing my remote machine several times in the last couple of days and today, using the same machine ID and password I'm getting access denied. Why is this happening?

Yeah, having friendly meatware nearby your remote is always the sure-fire cure to a non-responsive TeamViewer server. When I got back to my office where the remote is it looks like Windows 10 was not in sleep mode but was at the Windows 10 login screen even though I had left it in 'never' sleep mode. Got to experiment more with Windows 10 settings and find out if there's a setting or default that causes it to automatically revert to a login screen after some period of time. When this happens on the remote machine the TeamViewer 14 client will respond with a rejected authentication request.

Can you restart or get someone to restart the computer you are trying to connect to?
I had this problem a couple times now in 14.1. On the remote computer it shows that I'm still logged. I use a back-up free program
to login and restart the remote or restart TV and all is good again.
