QS Deployment

Hello,

what is the best QS Deployment Scenario for 150-200 Employees (with only Windows Clients) with max. 4-5 Support Demands per Month per Person. Can they save QS on the Desktop for everytime click and Start or is a Download-Link better?

We have a Teamviewer 13 Business License.

Thank you for your message.

QuickSupport is not a module you can actually deploy like the Host or the full version, as it is just an .exe that runs without installation.

The best practice to use the QS is to implement the QS-button on your website and create an SOS button. After the session, the user will get a QS-button on his desktop. For more information about this, please read our article about the QuickSupport and SOS button

You can deploy the Host and the full version. You will find all the information you need in our Knowledge Base article here: Mass deployment improvements (only for Corporate or Tensor license)
