Disable start-up dialog about remote control

I just upgraded to version 14 on Mac.  Every time I start the application, I am shown a dialog box that says "If you want TeamViewer to remote control this device, you need to grant TeamViewer accessibility permissions."  

I never want to allow remote control to my computer and I have disabled it in settings (Advanced -> Advanced settings for connections to this computer:  No incoming connections allowed ).

How do I permanently disable this dialog box from showing every time I start the application?
