I had taken the subscription for 1 year on 16th Feb 2019 [Personal Information removed per Community Guidelines]. As per the 7 day money back policy i would like to refund the amount for the same. i had written the mail to the sales team within 2 days of using the product.
Inspite of writing mails to the support team and sales team i havent event received any kind of acknowledgement from any of your teams.
Plz guide me how to resolve this issue and get my refund asap
