I want a create a quicksupport custom in a version 9.
Problem is a created custom quicksupport only in version 14.
It's possible to create a quicksupport in older version?

Thank you for your message.
We do recommend to use the latest version of TeamViewer, as it is the best one on the market.
However, there is a workaround to get your QuickSupport in older versions.
You need to modify the URL of your QuickSupport. Let's say the URL of your QuickSupport is https://get.teamviewer.com/yourQS-ID
To get the QuickSupport in version 9, change it to : https://get.teamviewer.com/v9/yourQS-ID
The QuickSupport will be downloaded in version 9.
