Hello everybody!
I am going crazy!
I have been using TeamViewer for a while & I've always had little troubles with it, but now it's just driving me INSANE!!!
I have looked through the forum several times, I have searched for solutions online, everywhere... and I can not find the answer to my problem.
I want to access my iMac at home via my iPad, which I'm using when I'm on the go.
I have TeamViewer installed on both devices, I am able to connect them (the sessions show up as active in the session list), I can see my desktop on my iPad, but I can not click or do anything! Nothing at all!
It's set to "Full Access" and I haven't changed any settings at all! In the session list the blue arrow is activated too.
What is wrong? What am I doing wrong, because of course it is my fault. But how can I fix it?
I have colleagues who've been using TeamViewer as well & they have looked over my settings, iMac & iPad and they also can not figure it out.
