Unable to Control Mouse on Remote Computer

Hi,
I am unable to control the mouse on remote computer. This is only happening on one, out of dozens, of the remote computers.

Using TV 14 on Mac running 10.14.3
Remote computer is Win 10 64-Bit using TV 14 client.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
I've compared settings with other computers only to find No difference.
I've been able to control mouse on this computer for 2-3 years. I can't remember for sure, but I think this was already upgraded to 14 and working properly when it decided to Not work.

I would really appreciate any suggestions! Thanks!!! Lee

Hello @aznfish,

Is the mouse on the remote computer a wired one or a bluetooth one ? If it's a bluetooth mouse, please check if the battery needs to be changed or charged.

Make sure that the software is updated and compatible to the operating system as well on both sides.

Please try again the connection after checking those points
