Add-on: Samsung can't be installed from play store on S9+
I've downloaded Quick Support so that a friend can control my S9+ from another android device, but when I'm promted to download the 'Add-on: Samsung' app for remote control to work, I get an error message saying 'Can't install Add-on: Samsung'.
Does anyone know if this is a problem with the app not being available on an S9+ or is it a problem from my end? (I've tried all the troubleshooting from the Google help link btw)
Any help is appreciated/

The Galaxy S9+ failed to install the Samsung add-on from the Play Store. fixed by checking device compatibility, making sure system updates are installed, and clearing the Play Store's cache and data. As an alternative, I also tried installing from the Galaxy Store. Now that the problem has been resolved, the add-on functions flawlessly.
