Setting for APP installed from Microsoft Store

Hi
I installed Temviewer APP from Microsoft Store but interface is not as friendly as the version got via .exe file. I cannot find how to:
1. Set it up for remote unattended access
2. Set it up to start up with Windows.
I appreciate any help. Thank you
