I am running Teamviewer 9.0.93332 on a Windows 7 Professional with service pack 1 and am getting the " Not ready. Please check your connection" error. I have reinstalled with no change. I can not ping any Master#.teamviewer.com server.
There is no antivirus on this machine and windows firewall is off.
I am running TeamViewer host version 8.0.44109 HC on a windows 10 Version 1803 build 17134.285
I am at a loss of what is wrong. my vendor said it has been 83 days since TeamViewer worked.
