How to customize outlook meeting template?

Hi,

when creating an outlook meeting the new calendar event pops up. It is already populated with data. How can I customize this template? Changing the options for the invitation in Blizz does not have any influence here.

    I have the same issue. Can't find anything that provides me access to change the template.
