I have a TV12 custom host module which I talk my remote customers through installing on their computers. Sometimes it installs fine and sets up unattended access with no problems and attaches to my account. But sometimes it will not detect my account and during unattended access setup it asks for my master TV username and password, which obviously I don't want to give to customers. Why the random problem?
