Hello,
I have a problem to upgrade Team Viewer from version 12 to version 14.
Each time I try to update, I got this message as attached below.
"An error occurred while updating Teamviewer. Please check log file for more information"

Thank you for your message.
This is clearly a local bug.
What I recommend you to do, is to uninstall and reinstall TeamViewer completely from your device.
