Samsung M30 only supports screen sharing and no remote control

Samsung M30 is running Oreo but only supports screen sharing and no remote control. Samsung is on the supported list, Is this a known issue?

    I am not getting screen share also. Looks like samsung need some special code.

    Same issue with my Samsung Galaxy M01,

    Teamviewer team please resolve it.

    Same with M21 and other non-knox models. New QS version works only with Knox thus only screen sharing is available and remote control does not work.

    Any idea or even solution?
