Adding customized QuickSupport for older (Teamviewer 10) license

Hello,

I have a Teamviewer 10 Premium license and I need to create a new customized-QuickSupport for my new project.

I can do it in the panel actually but the problem is, the QuickSupport (TeamViewerQS.exe) comes with the latest Teamviewer version. And when it runs on a client computer, it directly gives error about licensing, starting with something like:

"You're using the new Teamviewer - newest and fastest generation.
(bla bla bla...)"

I do not want or need the newest version, I'm happy with my Teamviewer 10 so I want to create a QuickSupport for version 10. How can I do that ?

Hello again, thank you for your reply.

In download page my for QuickSupport, there is a link on the left bottom sayin "Previous version" and when I click at it, it probably downloads the version 13 because it's link is going to:

https://get.teamviewer.com/v13/<quicksupport_id>

I have manually changed the URL and tried https://get.teamviewer.com/v10/<quicksupport_id>

This is how it worked, for any further support request for others...

Thank you for your message.

In order to download your customized QuickSupport in version 10, you need to click on Download previous version during the loading page of your customized QuickSupport.

Note: You will find this button on the left bottom corner of your page.

This should download the QuickSupport in version 10 of your TeamViewer license.
