Support for mobile device license problem

Did You reach a problem like me?
I've a license for desktop team viewer and I purchased a license for mobile devices support in end of May. I made already few tickets to team viewer, because License is not activated on my account. The support is a joke, they do not reply for a tickets, solution they gave doesn't work.

I think You misunderstood me. I got activated license on my computer, I just do not have a license for mobile devices support on my account.
