Teamviewer QS for iOS
I have just installed Teamviewer QS for my mother on her new iPad Pro. I have TV installed on my MAC and have used it many times. Both are up to date. On the iPad when I select the "Send Your ID..." and send it to myself every time I click on the link I get I am prompted to download and install teamviewer. I see no way to view the remote screen. I have set the Screen Sharing in her iPad as per instructions. What am I missing?

On the local side (Mac device), kindly input the ID of TeamViewer QuickSupport on your TeamViewer Client to initiate the remote control connection please. You should be fine to connect and see the screen of the iPad after the confirmation of authentication.
Please noted that it is a screen sharing only remote connection.
