Teamviewer 14 and iOS12.3.1 firmware limitations

I have an iPad Air with iOS 12.3.1 and have installed TeamViewer14 and Quicksupport

I can connect the computer and the iPad, but the remote control doesn't work, because of firmware limitations. What is this about, and how can I activate the remote control?

Hello @tastom,

With an iPad you can connect and remote control a computer (PC or MacOS).
If it is a MacOS using Mojave, feel free to check this article to allow remote control: How to control a Mac running macOS 10.14 Mojave

However, with this same iPad, you cannot control an iPhone or another iPad.

For iOs device, only screen sharing is available.

This is also applicable if you connect from a Windows device to an iPhone/iPad.
