custom modules are correct way.

The link you provided is correct and still active
I suggest you create through TeamViewer's WMC (Web Management console) web (go to www.teamviewer.com -> login links)
Through the management console you will be able to create your own modules (QuikSupport, QuickJoin and Host modules). Obviously you can also customize the forms with the logo of your company

At the end you'll can download from the specific link linked to your form (usually start with https: //get.teamviewer/xxxxxx and you will also be able to customize the value displayed with xxxxxx).
