Hello @support,
I paid for the subscription, but when I log in to the portal it says I have none. I even have the email reciept. Anywya, I ended up purchasing a laptop, so I have no need to login remotely. I'm trying to submit a ticket to support to request a full refund, but it won't let me.
Please let me know if the correct way as Teamviewer has made it very difficult to navigate the support page to search for an option to cancel. I will call tomorrow, but wanted to leave this prior to 7 days, per your refund policy.
