"Actions" tab not showing in toolbar

Hello,

I have the latest free version of TeamViewer on my PC. When controling my phone on my PC, I don't have the "actions" tab in my toolbar. I would like to know if it is possible to add it because I have read it is needed to show black screen on the other device.
