Our company uses a corporate teamviewer licence with 4 channels, but the person who administrates the teamviewer account with the licence information left the company last year. After we upgraded to 14.4 teamviewer stopped working last week, and we don't know how to get it working again.
The only thing we have is te licence key which we cannot enter anymore. The person who left the company probably had an account. Is there a way to transfer the account to me so i can try to resolve the issue?
