stuck in demo mode

Some months ago our license expired, some weeks later we ordered a new license  (from another reseller so not a renew).

I have no problems but my 3 of my colleagues got the 'Teamviewer portable only runs in demo mode. 
We don't use the demo mode, we got a paid license (13+ licenses) but they can't use the Teamviewer. Already tried reinstalling the Teamviewer, but no we dind't have any luck. 

Any tips how to fix this? They need to use the program. We found when we change the proxy from 'No proxy' to 'Automatically' will fix the problem, but when we restart the Teamviewer client, the option isn't saved.
