Account in Management Console Shows "Free"

When I logged into the Management Console, it displays Free and I see the following message:

Your trial for viewing and checking policies of your devices has expired. Buy a TeamViewer 12 license now.

We have a Business License and when I try to re-register our license it says it was activated with a different email address even though the license was activated with my email address. What am I doing wrong?
