Angry at support and need help
Hi there,
So far I’ve had a horrible experience with your team, and am extremely disappointed with your customer service.
I wanted to simply change my email, but your live chat agents aren’t even bothered to reply to my messages.
For the price of $500USD, this Is unacceptable and may wish to choose to find another remote management software.
The issue I’m having at the moment is I need to change my email and i cant login.

Your help line didnt help at all
Please help me I called your phone line but all you have is a person saying "hello i cant hear you" which is pre-recorded. Extremely frustrated.
