How can I remove outdated or no longer active patches

Throught the Asset Management interface I discoverd that an older version of Microsoft Office (2013) was still installed on a decvice. Of course it had lots of patches for that. When I removed Outlook 2013 from the device the patches still keep showing up. How can I remove/ignore those patches?

Thank you for message. 

We are sorry for delayed reply. Probably you have removed Outlook 2013 and left other components of Office 2013 for which you can see missing patches. After full uninstallation of Office you will not see missing patches for that product. In case if missing patches will be still visible please please open a ticket and together with our support colleagues support we will have a look at the described situation.
