I have a new Chromebook and downloaded the teamviewer app. Even as I am using the Chromebook now, it shows as 'offline' in my list of devices. Why is this? Can this be fixed, and if so, how?

First, I recommend you to check if the ID you have entered in your list is the correct ID.
If yes, please delete the computer of your list and add it again.
This might fix the issue.
