No autorenew anymore

So first off im using teamviewer for many years now and a happy user.

However something strange happend. 2 years ago I started autorew with a creditcard and 2 years in a row i received the invoice and my creditcard was billed. Now the subsciption period is expired but no autorenew? Is there a problem?

In the portal it says that there are no personal offers for a upgrade from free to business. So I thought ok well.. ill use the shop form. So if I buy a new business license will it be hooked to my account if I use the same emailadres?
