Bought a business. Previous owner used TeamViewer. Want to disable their access.
Good day:
As the subject says, I bought a business, and the previous owner used the free version of TeamViewer to log into the work computers and run reports, etc., from home. Now that I've taken over, I want to ensure they can no longer access my files on these computers.
How do I do that? Is it as simple as uninstalling TeamViewer on my computers?
What if I want to purchase TeamViewer later so that I can do the same? Will that grant the previous owner access again?
Thanks!

You can set a password of your choosing on each machine. Without the password the previous owner can not log in.

Hi @westonvet,
Thank you for your post.
Feel free to check out the feature of Black and Whitelist for selective connections on TeamViewer,. Meanwhile, as @CompWizSys mentioned in the reply post, you are able to set up the Password for secure authentication.
Hope the KB articles will be helpful in your situation.
