The reset is for the the remote computer. I am looking for something that does not require loosing control of it.

There is nothing under "Options".

Is there a command prompt startup switch?

Can one delete the .INI file? Would it be recreated automatically?

Try uninstalling and re installing. When uninstalling there should be an option to save settings for re-installment.
