When I got into Extras > Advenced > Checkf or new version is grayed out. How do I enable this? I've put in a policy for our users to update, but I'm an admin and therefore not in that group to get the policy.

The setting of Check for new version is probably disabled by the Policy deployment. Can you kindly check whether the policy has been applied on the device you are currently working on please. The checking path is using your licensed account to login on TeamViewer Management Console -> Group -> Policy. If the policy is applied, the column will shows the policy name; it will display nothing if no policy applied.

My machine wasn't registered, so wasnt in a group. I've added it in now so will see if that gets it working!
