We do have a business license of TeamViewer 11 and we use it as support for our technicians . As all the technicians pc ( with Windows 10 ) have no admin rights to install a program, when we (IT managers)have to install a program on an external pc with Team Viewer running , we cannot do that because as soon as we click "install as admin" our main screen ( the IT one) becomes suddenly black and we cannot type the admin user and password . As soon as the user closes the admin window on the remote pc , the IT screen becomes visible again .
Is there a reason for that and how can it be fixed?
