Not Receiving Device Activation/Confirmation Email
Hi,
I'm attempting to login to Teamviewer on my account (not this one) but receive the message that I need to confirm that this device can be trusted. It's been about an hour and I haven't received an email, I've checked my junk mailbox as well.
I also attempted to activate two-factor as a workaround, but that required me to login as well.
Any help would be appreciated!

@J-C just to make sure we are talking about the same email...?
Are you not receiving:
- The TeamViewer account activation email?
If this is the case, don't worry, your account is activated. You can connect to it without any problems on a trusted device. - The trusted device verification email?
If this is the case, you will need to open a ticket. Only our support engineers can process a whitelisting that will fix this issue.

Same issue here. Not receiving trusted-device activation emails. Also tried changing my email and I don't receive the validation email.

Hi JeanK,
I have purchased my software this afternoon, but no activation key was received. I have logged off my software and logged back in and the status is still showing as Trial version *expired* Can you assist please?

I have received my activation code, it was sent today after 10am. TeamViewer is now working.

Hello,
I'm having the same issue. Not receiving trusted-device activation emails it would be great to be able to get this fixed I did have to make a new account just to be able to post on here seems like it's an ongoing problem if anyone could help It would be gladly appreciated.

I too am not receiving the trusted device activation email. Could you please assist. I actually created a new account, as I couldn't reset my password on my old account, as there was no email to reset it. So had to create a new account in order to post on this forum. Can you please assist? Thank you
