TV 15 on Windows 10 version 1903 subversion 18362.535 not applying policy

I have clients with windows 10 version 1903 subversion 18362.535 to which i cant apply any TV policy because on the management console i get Unknown Error, but any other previous windows 10, 8.1 or 7 works like a charm.
