I want a technical person to act on my tablet from a distance way and I can't install it on my tablet. What can I do ?

How are you trying to install it? I do not have a computer running Windows RT to try it unfortunately. But I would think that you should be able to either install a full version of TV and then they could connect to that instead of a QS session.
The teamViewer app is listed in the MS Store if you can't get it from the TV website.
