Remote Control

I have used TViewer for a number of years - now I cannot control 2 of my 3 remote PCs. The one that does work is on level 15.1.3937 but is not in day to day use since I bought a newer PC.

I can connect to other PCs but unable to initiate any programs or actions from taskbar.

The old PC that I can control has a TViewer taskbar across the top of the desktop - the other 2 PCs do not have this taskbar ? Is this significant ?

Could you tell us what operating systems (and which exact versions they have) you are using on both sides of the connecion ? ?
