Hi, when I work with Quick Support on a remote PC, I can't type in the text fields or click on the buttons in a modal window (for example, at UAC windows login or Kaspersky user confirm window). Is there a setting to set?

Hi, I am facing same problem with latest Kaspersky Small Office Security modal windows pop ups. Windows Authentication is not solving this issue. 2-3 versions back I could click confirmation window while applying a rule in Kaspersky KSOS or Pause Protection, Now it’s impossible. Remote Screen freezes until "user" confirms. I am mostly working afterhours and accessing pcs unattended to get the maintenance done. This thing is killing me
