No Screen share ID

Hi all,

I tried to share the Screen of a iPad via Teamviewer Quicksupport, but when pressing the'Start Broadcast' button nothing happens. The chat function is working. I have noticed that in the advanced options there is no Screen share ID. What could be the problem? 

The version of the QS and the Teamviewer is 15.3

    Have you allow screen sharing from menu settings?

    Thank you for your answer. It went in that direction. The problem was that our management tool (meraki) blocked screen capturing. After allowing this everything worked.
