Withholding tax - DTA

I am Yee Foong, would need your assistance regarding your invoice to our company from Germany for the subscription license. In order to apply Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement between our countries, regarding the payment of your invoice, would appreciate that you could send us the Tax Residency Certificate of your company.

We require a 2021 Tax Residence Certificate, where the German tax authority confirms that the TeamViewer Germany GmbH Entity has residence in Germany, in order to avoid the international double taxation between Ecuador and Germany.

did you already check the Customer Portal? The document is maybe available under "Documents"

You´ll find a link to the portal in the top menu under Service --> More
