Paid twice now online and no email to activate

Have been through online purchase twice now  the first a week ago the second yesterday.

No one answers the support phones and got an auto response no to my email a week ago and still no contact.

What is this company doing in business. It is appalling with no product after payment and no interest from the company to help the customer.

Any ideas? Maybe we should all take to social media and warn people !

    Thank you for your message and I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    Have you purchased licenses from the same email address?
    I could confirm that one of your licenses has been ordered. Please check your email so you can see an order confirmation email.

    Once you have activated your license, please raise a ticket  and explain in a ticket that you have not received another order confirmation email with your another email address.

    Since we can't ask you about personal information, this is the best way we can provide in the community.
