Activation mails not sending to new agents
We've been having issues sending the activation mails to new agents within our corporation.
This worked fine before, but 3 agents are now not receiving the emails..
Removing the account and using a different mailaddress does not fix the issue.
Is there something i'm missing here, cause this is causing severe frustration within the team.

Thanks for your message and sorry for the Email-delivery issue.
We got the info from our IT that the issue has been fixed. All emails should now be delivered as usual. Please see also our Status page.
