Teamviewer premium subscription stack in Summary while already paid

Hi, I have purchased the premium subscription but stacked in Summary and can't move on with the order. I did the procedure twice and paid with a credit card. Both time after paying with my credit card received the below sessino error message. I have already talked over the phone with the bank and confirmed that both transactions were submitted in their system. I need to know how can I proceed with my subscription and how can one of the two payments be cancelled
