no video sound in powerpoint

Hello,

we have the problem that we have no sound in a video show in powerpoint 2016.

The customers dont hear the sound of the video. Voice is good to hear.

We have a logitech webcam and a dell soundbar as speaker.

what can we do?

Have you tried changing in these settings the soundbar at "Leutsprecher" with another system sound device like Standard playback or Built-in output?

Also in the menu Meeting have you choose as Participant interaction > Full interaction?

restart the app and see the results?
