I can't connect to either of my desktops from my phone. Just get a message saying connection could not be established, please check inernet connection. All three are connected to the internet so why do I get this message and how do I fix?

Appears you have to have a license to do that. I'm using the free version at home.
quick thought - try whitelisting www.teamviewer.com or turning off spam protection. it has worked for me 5 mins ago with mac and Talk Talk fibre broadband. smile at least once today.
