Unable to connect Team Viewer when connected to company VPN

I am unable to access My Laptop via my IOS device when my laptop is connected to my company VPN as soon as I disconnect the VPN , I can connect. Is there any way to make Team Viewer connectivity work on IOS device while connected to a company VPN?

@Jonathan The use case you provided is kind of the reverse of what he is describing.

@sumang24 What is most likely at fault here is your company is blocking TeamViewer and they are routing all of your computers traffice through the VPN when it is connected. Neither of these are uncommon practices in the corporate IT world.
