IPad 3, not able to install Team viewer app

Hello, during the times of Corona,
I gave my IPad 3 to my older mom so she can still stay in touch with other people.

The problem is, dealing with the IPad isn't to easy for her, so I had the idea to give her a hand with Team Viewer. This woud give me the possibility to help her without getting in touch with her.
So I tried to install the Team Viewer app (actual version, onother was not to select) on the IPad 3, but it's not possible because the IOS Version is 9.5xx..
If there's an older version downloadable, it would make it easier for me.

Is there is any possibility to install the Team Viewer app on this IPad 3 to give my mom a hand via my Windows computer (Surface Pro 6/Win home)

According to this related post, in order to control an iOS device, it must be on iOS 10 or later (iOS 11 required for screen sharing) or iPadOS 13.

Of course, you could try to update the current iOS, if it is applicable.
